To make your booking and check-in process at Champa Resort & Spa as quick and convenient as possible, please refer to the information below. Check-in & Check-out Times

Check-in: From 2:00 PM daily.

Check-out: Before 12:00 PM daily.

If you would like to check in early or check out late, Champa Resort & Spa may accommodate your request depending on actual room availability at the time of your stay.

Early check-in before 7:00 AM: 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Early check-in from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM: 30% of the room rate will be charged.

After 10:00 AM: Complimentary early check-in may be available depending on actual room availability.

Late check-out from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: 50% of the room rate will be charged.

Late check-out after 5:00 PM: 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Early check-in and late check-out requests must be confirmed in advance by Champa Resort & Spa and are subject to room availability on the requested date.

Identification Required for Check-in

When checking in, guests are kindly requested to present a valid Citizen Identification Card (CCCD), National ID Card (CMND), passport, or other valid identification document for each guest staying at the resort so that the reception team can complete the check-in procedures.

Families traveling with children are kindly requested to supervise them throughout their stay. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult when swimming in the sea or using the swimming pool.

Important Notes During Your Stay

Guests are kindly requested to follow the general regulations of Champa Resort & Spa to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for everyone.

Please do not bring cooking equipment into the accommodation area. Guests should also avoid excessive noise that may disturb others and refrain from using portable speakers or high-powered sound systems inside guest rooms or throughout the resort.

Guests are responsible for taking care of their cash, jewelry, electronic devices, and other valuable belongings. Please check your luggage and personal belongings carefully before checking out.

The purchase, possession, or use of substances prohibited by law is strictly forbidden in guest rooms and throughout the premises of Champa Resort & Spa.

To secure your preferred room category and travel dates, guests are advised to contact Champa Resort & Spa to check room availability and confirm the applicable rate before making payment.

For Combo packages, summer promotions, weekend offers, or other promotional programs available at different times, deposit, cancellation, and refund policies may vary. The reservation team will provide the applicable terms before your booking is confirmed.

When making a bank transfer for your reservation, please include the guest's name and booking information in the payment description according to the instructions provided by the reservation staff.

After completing the transfer, please send the payment confirmation or transaction details to the resort so that the team can verify the payment and confirm your reservation.

Important: Please verify the beneficiary name, bank account number, bank name, and other payment details directly with Champa Resort & Spa before making any bank transfer.
