1. Scope of Application

This Pricing Policy applies to accommodation and services introduced and provided by Hoang Uyen Company Limited – Champa Resort (hereinafter referred to as “Champa Resort”) through the website www.champaresort.com.vn and Champa Resort’s official sales channels.

The price applicable to each transaction is determined based on the information, promotions, room type, length of stay, and conditions published at the time the customer makes a reservation.

2. Service Prices

Champa Resort publishes room rates and service prices on its website or through its staff and official sales channels. Prices vary depending on room type, length of stay, number of guests, promotional programs, and the specific conditions applicable to each service.

The displayed price for each product or service is applied according to the information published by Champa Resort at the time of booking. Where multiple rates or promotional programs are available, the applicable conditions will be communicated accordingly.

Champa Resort will not unilaterally change a confirmed rate for a valid reservation, except where the customer agrees to modify the services or additional charges arise under policies communicated in advance.

3. What the Price May Include

Depending on the room type, service package, or promotional program, the price may include one or more of the following:

Room charges for the number of nights booked;
Amenities or services expressly stated in the room or service package description;
Taxes, fees, or other charges, if explicitly stated in the pricing information at the time of booking.

Services, expenses, or surcharges not expressly stated as included in the price will be subject to the relevant policies and communicated to customers when they arise or before the customer confirms the service, as applicable.

4. Surcharges and Additional Expenses

Additional charges or expenses may arise in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

Guests exceeding the room’s standard occupancy;
Requests for extra beds, mattresses, or additional services;
Changes to room type or length of stay;
Additional services not included in the original reservation;
Surcharges applicable to specific programs, weekends, public holidays, Tet holidays, or other special periods, where announced.

Surcharges will be calculated according to Champa Resort’s price list or policies in effect when they arise and will be communicated to customers in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Promotional Prices

Champa Resort may offer special promotions, discounts, or service packages with separate prices and conditions.

Promotional prices apply only during the specified period, within the stated availability, for eligible room types, and subject to the conditions of the promotion. Promotional offers may not be combined if the relevant terms do not permit it.

When a promotional period ends or the allocated availability is exhausted, Champa Resort reserves the right to terminate the promotion in accordance with its published terms.

6. Prices at the Time of Booking

The price and applicable conditions for a reservation are determined based on the information published and confirmed by Champa Resort at the time of booking.

Once Champa Resort confirms a reservation, the customer is entitled to the confirmed rate and conditions for that reservation, except where services are changed at the customer’s request or in circumstances specified in the reservation, cancellation, and payment policies.

7. Changes to Services

If a customer requests changes to the stay dates, room type, number of guests, or booked services, the transaction value may change depending on room availability, prevailing rates, and applicable promotions at the time of modification.

Champa Resort will inform the customer of any increase or decrease in price before confirming the requested changes.

8. Price Display and Confirmation

Champa Resort strives to ensure that pricing information on its website and official sales channels is accurate, clear, up to date, and consistent with the services offered.

If an obvious pricing error is identified due to data entry, technical, or display issues, Champa Resort will notify the customer and reconfirm the relevant information before processing the transaction or providing the service.

Customers may choose to proceed with the transaction at the confirmed price or decline the transaction if a pricing discrepancy remains unresolved.

9. Taxes, Fees, and Invoices

Taxes, fees, and other financial obligations applicable to services will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the information published by Champa Resort at the time of the transaction.

Customers requiring an invoice must provide the necessary and accurate information in accordance with Champa Resort’s instructions.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing the room type, number of guests, length of stay, price, included and excluded charges, and applicable conditions before confirming a reservation.

By confirming a reservation, customers acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to review and agree to the price and conditions applicable to the transaction.

11. Pricing Policy Adjustments

Champa Resort may update or adjust its price lists and Pricing Policy to reflect business operations, seasonal demand, promotional programs, or legal requirements.

Such adjustments will not affect confirmed rates for valid reservations, except where customers request service modifications or in circumstances specified in related policies.
