Booking policy

Changes to your stay

Cancellation at least 07 days before arrival: a cancellation fee of 50% of the cancelled room revenue applies.
Cancellation or shortening the stay within 48 hours before arrival: a cancellation fee of 100% of the cancelled room revenue applies.

Confirm your stay

Guests must pay a 50% deposit for accommodation and services when the booking is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation; however, if travel dates are changed, it will be retained and applied to the next stay.
If the deposit is not received within the deadline set by the resort, the resort reserves the right to offer the room to other guests.
On check-in day, guests pay the outstanding balance by bank transfer or cash at the reception desk.

Stay information

Early check-in and late check-out must be confirmed by the resort in advance and are subject to room availability on the day.

Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for each guest to complete check-in.
Please follow all pool regulations and the lifeguard's instructions.
Important: children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when swimming in the sea or pool.
A surcharge applies to food and beverages brought into the resort.

Room rates include a breakfast buffet or set menu, depending on the room standard.

For everyone's comfort

Pets are not permitted at the resort.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when swimming in the sea or pool.
Please wear appropriate swimwear as required by the pool regulations.
Cooking, bringing seafood, and eating or drinking parties in guest rooms are not permitted. A 50% room-rate surcharge applies for non-compliance.
A service fee applies to outside seafood, food and beverages consumed at the resort, according to the price list (except Villa guests).
Portable speakers and karaoke are not permitted within the resort grounds.
Trading, storing or unlawfully using prohibited substances is not permitted anywhere in the resort.
Please look after your belongings and check all personal items carefully before check-out.
